Big weekend ahead

I have 2 markets on this weekend.

The Christmas in the Country Art and Craft Show that I have done for a few years now.
It's held in North St, Gatton on Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd November.
Opens on Friday from 9am-7pm and Saturday 9am-4pm.

I won't be manning my stall this year, so I'm doing another market on Friday 1st November
from 5pm-8pm at Albany Creek State School, 696 Albany Creek Rd, Albany Creek.
Should be a lovely little Christmas market.

Redeemer Fair

The Redeemer Fair is on this Saturday 26th October from 1-7pm!
It looks like it will be a great day out with all that is planned for this big event.
Redeemer Lutheran College is located at 745 Rochedale Rd, Rochedale.

Redeemer Market Night this Saturday

Don't want to sit at home this Saturday night and watch the Election wrap up?

Ipswich Craft and Gift Fair this Saturday

This Saturday 31st August, I'll be at the Ipswich Craft and Gift Fair.

It's been held at the Ipswich RSL Club in Lowry Street in the Coral Sea room, downstairs.
It starts at 10am til 2pm.

I'll have some new bows available, as well as a special or two!
Pop down and see us.

There will be lots of stalls with a variety of goods available and who doesn't love a
raffle? It's aiding Ipswich Hospice, a wonderful group!

Confirmed Markets Update

I've got more markets booked in for the coming months.
It's getting warmer, so it's starting liven up for me a little.
I do love the rush into the festive market season!

With both my children playing sport this year, my husband and I had to split in
two most Saturday mornings! One going to football and the other netball.
The market scene slowed down a little for me.
But, I'm ready and rearing to go over the coming months.

Next Market: Baby and Kids Market

My next market is the Baby and Kids Market.











Here's the details:

Sunday 24th March
St Joseph Nudgee College
Boondall
(Inside McKennariey Centre)
9am-12 noon

There is a $4 entry fee for adults with kids admission free.
Lots of free parking around the building.

Plenty of things to keep the kids amused, food and drinks.

There is no on-site ATM or eftpos so come prepared loaded with
lots of cash!

BrisStyle Indie Twilight Market

The last month has flown by so fast!
I've had so many markets on around Brisbane, it's been crazy!

My kids have finished school for the year.
There has been plenty of events in the lead-up to the Christmas break!
I've been so busy topping up stock for my next market, that the blog has been a little quiet!
Promise I'm still here, just head down at my desk!

My final market for 2012 is on this friday night, 14th Dec!
It's our big finale for 2012 with the BrisStyle Indie Twilight market in King George Square
from 5-9pm! It's going to be huge.

So, this week I'm busy preparing stock for this market before I close down my Etsy store
over the Christmas break! My Etsy store will be closed from  
Friday 21st Dec til Monday 14th January.

It's a little longer than usual, as I'm fitting in a family camping trip and in early Jan
I'm heading off on a trip to Hong Kong, which I'm VERY excited about!
Promise to bring home some fabulous new ribbons to play with!

BrisStyle Indie Twilight Market

It's on again!

I really LOVE doing this market!
Such a fabulous atmosphere with LOTS of handmade goodness!

There will be badge making this time around, and the fabulous band is on around 7pm
and they always draw a crowd!

Ballina Hobby Expo

Today I'm off to Ballina, in northern NSW with the family.

Whilst they fish, play and have fun, I'll be working at the Hobby Expo in
Ballina for the weekend. Chelley Bean will be at the Expo for two days...

Sunday 18th September 9am-3pm

If you're in the area, it's all happening at the Ballina RSL in River St.
The Hobby Expo is actually upstairs.

Market Update

I've been booking in some upcoming markets on to the Calendar!

I thought I'd mention a few so you can save the dates!

This weekend is the BrisStyle Indie Designers market, and we're back
at Hamilton! Yay!
It's such a lovely atmosphere in the grounds of St Augustine's Church.
Always a fun day out, with fabulous crafty goodness, msic and always
plenty to eat!

Tonight's the night...It's the BrisStyle Indie Designers Market on in King George Square,
from 5pm-9pm!
The sun is shining today with no wind, so it may be a little cool tonight,
but there's not a rain cloud in sight. Yippee!!
Last market we had a huge storm and spent the night on the deck.

I have my brand new marquee to try out.
It hasn't even been out of the bag yet. It has my shop's logo on it,
and looks fablous!! I'll post a pic to show you soon...

I've added a couple of new colours to my Felt Hair Bows.
There's now navy and black!
All are $4 each and handmade by me for you!

BrisStyle Indie Twilight Market

My very first market for 2011 is the BrisStyle Indie Twilight Market!
It's being held at King George Square this Friday night(25th Feb) from 5pm-9pm!
It's my very first Twilight market and I'm really looking forward to a lovely night.

I have some new stock this weekend!
Some beautiful elastic YoYo Headbands.
It's taken me a while to source these great elastic headbands. I've been looking for a while. I found an amazing Aussie supplier, which is great! Keeping it local! LOL

Here's one of my brand new headbands...
These are available for $10!

Here's some other colours all packaged up and ready for market!

I've also got a brand new range of Designer Hairclips.
These are created using high quality "Designer" ribbons and are $6 a set.

All these new items will be in the Etsy store early next week.

The Handmade Expo

Hi everyone!

The Handmade Expo is on again tomorrow and this one is shaping up as the biggest market yet for them!

There's over 140 stalls, Soulman Gaia singin his soulful tunes, the sausage sizzle, the Swanbank Steam Train rides and the Fireman from the 2011 Fireman's Calendar!

A very big one...

There's always plenty to eat too...Yum!

I also have 2 new Hairclip sets for sale.

These are the little non-slip variety that everyone seems to love, especially for those little people that have trouble keeping clips in their hair!

They will be available for $6 each.

I'm really looking forward to this one!
